Two complementary networks ensure maximum representation for firms all over France and in all areas of activity.
An approach by profession
The federations, which count 600 professional associations, group together firms in the same area of activity. They make French and European government organisations aware of the issues faced by their professions; they manage collective agreements; and they oversee the dialogue between such partners as employees’ unions or consumer associations. The local MEDEF organisations group together companies situated within the same locality. As a space for dialogue and communication, this network of company bosses constitutes the MEDEF’s local link with its members. |
